How often do I receive an invoice?

We issue invoices twice a month, summarizing all shipments from all carriers – you don't need to handle payment for each shipment separately.

Do I also pay for printing labels?

No, printing labels is free. You can print them at home, or for some pickup types the courier will bring them directly on site.

When are cash-on-delivery payments paid out?

We pay out cash-on-delivery amounts once a week, every Friday. Verified clients can also receive payouts daily.

What if I only send a few shipments a month?

No problem, we have no minimum number of shipments. We adapt the system and invoicing even if you only send a few shipments a month.
